Puppy Sales Contract

This contract is made between Precious Miniature Pinschers Canine, referred to as the Seller, and our customer by Name.

TERMS/CONDITIONS:

Buyer Responsibilities

- The Buyer agrees to pay for the puppy, including shipping costs for delivery. - You agree that the puppy will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision. - You commit to caring for the puppy in a humane manner, being a responsible guardian by providing adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care. - You understand that while the current Breeder offers guarantees about the puppy's temperament, they are not responsible for any future damages or injuries caused by the puppy. - You grant the breeder permission to call your home at reasonable times to ensure that the puppy is being properly treated and cared for. - You agree to take full responsibility for the purchased puppy, ensuring all its needs are met and treated humanely to the best of your ability.

Seller Guarantees

- The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in sound health and provides AKC registration application paperwork, making the puppy eligible for registration with your local Kennel Club. The Seller assures that the puppy has a good temperament at the time of sale. - A health record detailing all vaccinations and worming will be provided by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of delivery for a physical examination. If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has health issues attributable to the Seller, the puppy may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price with a signed written diagnosis from the veterinarian.

Return Policy

- If at any point the Buyer can no longer keep the puppy, the Seller must be notified and given the first option to resume full ownership of the dog, allowing the Seller to find the puppy a new home. - The Buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked, allowing for a full refund if they do not like the puppy or have difficulties bonding with the new furry friend. In such cases, the puppy must be returned with all necessary papers and medical records. - Should any issues arise that affect the puppy's quality of life, the Buyer must inform the breeder/Seller so they can participate in determining the puppy's future. The breeder/Seller reserves the right to approve or prohibit any transfer of the puppy to a third party. Under no circumstances will the puppy be sold, leased, traded, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility.
