Delivery

Delivery will occur the following day after payment confirmation or on a date of your choice. If payment is processed today, you can expect to receive your puppy tomorrow evening, or we can arrange for a different date that suits you. Once I finalize the registration for delivery, I will provide you with a tracking number and all necessary shipping details to ensure a smooth arrival for your puppy.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery of your Miniature Pinscher puppy to your address is designed to be simple and hassle-free. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled area specifically designed for pets, using an airline-approved carrier. Before shipping, you will receive the flight number, arrival time, and a reference number for your puppy.

You have the option of having your puppy delivered directly to your home or picking them up at the airport, just like greeting a passenger. Our shipping process is safe and stress-free for the puppy, and you can expect to receive your new friend within 24 hours of shipping, depending on your location. With over 13 years of experience in transporting dogs, I prioritize direct, non-stop flights to ensure maximum comfort. In my experience, puppies typically arrive happy and relaxed, and new owners often report that their puppies are in great spirits upon arrival.

We utilize airlines for shipping because it is the quickest and safest way to transport our puppies to you, especially if you are located far away or in another state. Our puppies are shipped in an airline-approved plastic pet kennel, customized based on the weight of the puppy, distance, and duration of the journey. They travel in a specially designed climate-controlled and pressurized compartment on the plane, separate from passenger luggage.

Our shipping crates are clearly labeled with colorful “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers. We ensure that each crate is marked with the destination airport, a confirmation number, and the customer’s phone number and address. Before shipping, we play with the puppies in the crate so they get accustomed to it; they have never shown signs of fear. We also provide ample food and water in the crate to ensure they stay hydrated during the journey. This preparation is crucial in the unlikely event that the puppy should be delayed overnight due to flight issues. While traveling isn’t too hard on them, we ensure they spend as little time in transit as possible by opting for the shortest route and scheduling direct flights whenever feasible.

We continuously monitor weather conditions at the destination and only ship when we deem it safe for the puppies’ well-being. We prioritize our puppies’ health above all else and refrain from shipping in hazardous weather conditions. Typically, we ship Monday through Saturday, guaranteeing the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. Your puppy may need a few days to adjust upon arrival in their new home; however, the majority of owners report that their puppies step right out of the shipping crate and feel at home immediately.

Nanny Shipping

We also provide the option for a direct delivery of your new puppy straight to you! Our trusted airline nannies will accompany your puppy on the flight, ensuring the safest and most stress-free experience possible. The puppy nanny will provide the necessary attention and care during the flight, reinforcing our commitment to quality care for your puppy.

Due Diligence

All puppies are shipped with ice water, bedding, and food as needed. While our shipping options may vary, we prefer using American, United, or Continental Airlines, as they are excellent with animals and utilize modern planes equipped with special compartments for pets of all kinds.

Health Certificate

A health certificate is required for all pets traveling by air, ensuring that only healthy pets share the flight. All airlines enforce this requirement.

Please be prepared to pick up your puppy at home or the airport at the scheduled time. Typically, your puppy will be ready for pickup about an hour after the flight arrives. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID, such as your driver’s license. We would love to hear that your puppy has arrived safely and is settling into your home, so please call or email us as soon as possible. And remember to take your puppy to the veterinarian for a health check within 48 hours of arrival. We will follow up with you 24 hours after you receive your puppy to ensure everything is going well, answer any questions, and check your satisfaction.
